The service
VitaKeep lets you keep a personal record of your health information. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
Termination
You may stop using VitaKeep and delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of VitaKeep after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
